These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rivo.digital and the purchase of digital consulting, content production and research services ("Services") provided by Rivo Digital ("we", "us", "our").
1. The Services
Rivo Digital provides digital consulting, content production, market research and implementation sprints. Services are described on the Services page along with their scope, deliverables and prices.
2. Orders and payment
All payments are processed by PayPal. By completing checkout you accept PayPal's User Agreement and authorise the charge. Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. An invoice is issued automatically.
3. Delivery
Services are delivered electronically via email, video call, shared workspace or download link. Estimated delivery times are stated for each package. Delays caused by missing input from you (briefs, access, approvals) extend the timeline accordingly.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is fully compatible with PayPal Buyer Protection.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the deliverables for your own business purposes. We retain ownership of underlying templates, methods and tooling and may showcase non-confidential aspects of the work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the Services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or revenue.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rivo Digital for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate engagements that violate these Terms, applicable law or PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of our registered seat. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
