This Privacy Policy explains how Rivo Digital ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use rivo.digital and our Services.
1. Data we collect
- Contact data — name, email, company, message content (when you contact us).
- Payment data — handled by PayPal. We receive a confirmation, transaction ID, payer name and email — never your full card or bank details.
- Project data — anything you share with us during the engagement.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the Services you have purchased.
- To issue invoices and meet legal accounting obligations.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
3. Processors
We rely on a small number of GDPR-compliant processors: PayPal (payments), our hosting provider, our CRM and email provider. Each acts under a Data Processing Agreement.
4. Retention
Project and contact data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years for accounting purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or port your data, and to object to processing. Email privacy@rivo.digital and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only the strictly necessary cookies required to operate the website and the secure PayPal checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
